Yes I did define zones on both layers but same result. Now I updated to the new 2010 version, the zone fill works just fine but get a bunch of frivolous errors after DRC check around via even though it check out fine using the 2009 version. I checked each error marker and the error message don't make any sense. Could it be a bug of the new 2010 version?
