Drag a block around the layout, move the selection rectangle to one side of the 
original block, right click, select Copy Block, click OK. Print normally, exact 
scale 1.0.

You may need to move the original in case it's too centered on the page. When 
you're finished saving is optional, I usually discard these changes.

I use this method for toner transfer as it's a given that the first try will 
have some defects, principally if I only printed one copy.
