Hi All, I usually don't need analysing my designed circuits on PC. But lately I liked to build a switching mode supply based on a rather different method from what I heard of.
Even for a novice like me to spice software, LTspice (actually LTspiceIV, from Linear Technology) happens to be real good and free (as Kicad). And also as for Kicad, there is a wonderful and friendly yahoo group for it. I didn't try yet to study how to transfer Kicad *.sch to LTspice *.asc (and vice versa) but I enjoy working on both of them even seperately. I think many of you are already using a spice software since long so I just liked to share this with those who still look for one. Kerim
