HI Bernd Sorry for a long delay.
As I sad, kicad is running in ubuntu 9.0.4, and now it is running in hardy 8.0.4, what I did was copy libstdc++.so.6.0.13 from ubuntu 9.0.4 to ubuntu 8.0.4, the place is /usr/lib, and I remake the simbolic link libstdc++.so.6, so I have this: lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 19 2010-04-19 15:21 libstdc++.so.6 -> libstdc++.so.6.0.13 -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 962800 2010-04-19 15:19 libstdc++.so.6.0.13 -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 970680 2008-10-10 16:39 libstdc++.so.6.0.9 This solve de problem to run kicad (Build: (20100314 SVN-R2462)-final) in ubuntu hard-heron 8.0.4. PS.: I don't know it this will affect the other applications.
