Yes I agree. It also messes up the net classes allocations (when defining a certain width and minimum spacing for a net class and then allocating it to a group of net names). Would be good to have an answer but maybe that needs to be raised as a bug?

Using schematics with hierarchical sheets the net names seems to change from say /3V3 to /sheetX/3V3 or vice e versa when regenerating the netlist.
