I have never faced this problem before, I am using a single gate and I have no idea how or where to find the power pins.
As I said I have a single NAND gate, and it is element #1 in the Quad package (pins 1,2, and 3) How do I apply power to the package, Vcc and GND? How would I add a 0.01uF bypass cap if I don't how to access the power pins?
