My explanation about the graphical/text commands applies to driverdisk as well. It's processed by loader, and loader does not understand %include. The good news is this is fixed in F15 (therefore, RHEL7 - yow!), the bad news is I'm not going to be able to backport this fix to RHEL5 or RHEL6.
