The issue with the Tomcat Instalation/Setup is described in our system documentation which is available online here: http://www.ontotext.com/kim/doc/sys-doc/kim-platform-administration/configure-kim-webui.html As Bobi mentioned our installer didn't support Windows Vista so some unforeseen problems may arrise during installation. A workaround is to install the KIM Platform in a Windows XP platform, then copy the entire folder to the Windows Vista system and follow the instructions from the system documentation for manual configuration.
