Made some changes to the ontology: * made the root class of all classes to be protons:Entity ** * removed some duplicate statements * added labels to all the instances ** KIM and PROTON usually live together, and the result of this is that some parts of the interface won't work without PROTON. That is why I used it in my experiments. It is advisable for now to use it, although not absolutely necessary for the IE. The least requirement is that your top level classes be subclasses of protons:Entity . Using labels is essential for gazetteer lookups, because on their basis entities are recognized in texts. That is why all the entities should have at least one label. I have attach all the resources I have customized:
