Hi Naaman,
we still have not tried UMBEL 1.0 it is in our todo list when we have a
bit more free resources.
The default ontology used in KIM is PROTON. Philip will send instructions of
extending it or mapping it to another ontology.
The default versions of the KB is with the 40k entities, the 200k give more
ambiguity.
