Position: SAP HR Payroll / ABAP (Techno Functional)
Location: MN
Duration: 3+ months
Start Date: Immediate
This position is required primarily to support the SAP Employee and
Manager Self Service Portal.
In addition, this individual will provide support for the core SAP HR
module.
REQUIREMENT:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
· 3-5 years experience with SAP HR and Payroll.
· 2 to 3 years HR ABAP development with BAdI implementation
experience.
· Adobe forms development using Adobe Life Cycle designer is a
must.
· PCR - Personnel Change Request experience in EP 7.0.
· Knowledge of the SAP Workflow is a plus.
· Experience configuring and implementing SAP HR and Payroll
solutions
desired.
· 4-6 years experience designing, building and implementing
business
solutions using information technology.
· Prior experience with deployments and rollouts of functionality
within a global setting.
· Experience with structured project management methodologies,
systems
analysis/design/programming, database design, and technical/
business
writing.
· Detailed knowledge of structured system/software development
methodologies preferred.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills a must.
· Experience leading a cross functional team through the complete
software development/implementation life cycle.
· Travel may be needed to support specific project work (< 15%)
Responsibilities will include the following:
· Partner with key business experts.
· Analyze and document business processes and functional
requirements.
· Design, document, develop, test, implement, and support
applications
in accordance with IT policies and procedures.
· Provide project management and technical expertise required to
implement improvements and rollout of new and existing
application
solutions.
· Work with internal customers in the implementation of
information
technology in accordance with IT strategic plans.
· Communicates and/or presents status on program development and
projects.
· Assists less experienced IT personnel to help develop their
skills
and knowledge.
