*Location: New york* *Duration: 12 months* *Rate: Open* *The target start date for this project is Feb' 1st 2009. Candidates currently on project and finishing up in Dec'08/Jan'09 will be highly referred. Candidate MUST have all the mandatory skills listed* *Mandatory Skills:* *At least 7 years experience with developing applications using Powerbuilder, including 1 year + experience with Powerbuilder Version 11 and the RTF control. *At least 7 years experience with SQL (Oracle PL/SQL), specifically writing complex SQL statements, stored procedures, functions, triggers and packages. *At least 1 year experience with Oracle 10g. *At least 1 year experience with Sybase ASE, writing SQL statements and stored procedures. *At least 1 year experience with a Sybase to Oracle migration. *At least 6 months experience using RapidSQL 7.5 *At least 6 month experience with TE edit control, a 3rd party word processing tool used with Powerbuilder to offer advanced RTF editing. DESIRABLE Experience: *Familiarity with TX text control in Powerbuilder 11. *Proven ability to handle large applications. *Ability to interact with end users and effectively communicate with team members. *Excellent troubleshooting skills. *Ability to work independently.
