Location : Stamford - CT Duration : 3 months Rate : Open Job Description/Skills Required: Coordination and interface for SalesForce.com (EB2 to MQ piece) Gain knowledge sufficient to support the migration to SAP which will include extractions, possibly re-mapping and data cleanup assistance. Work with JP Morgan on updating the positive pay file export from QAD to include the payee name (ongoing project). Creation of new QAD crystal reports - Need to learn how to write Crystal reports and pull fields from QAD database (knowledge of QAD Data Model is a plus) - all QAD reporting happens via Crystal Urgent customizations to be rolled into QAD (via test environment) once in a while (1 being developed in UK by QAD Professional Services) - need to be able to troubleshoot the problem and document / report it to the development team. ACH file to be sent to bank for payroll direct deposit (expense reports) - weekly activity - process is documented. Sometimes there are failures and the process needs to be re-run or fixed (approx. 1% failure rate) Work closely with finance team to coordinate on any issues/failures File is generated by QAD - and the submission is manual Support for Vertex (taxation client server application). Download latest tax rate files from Vertex website and upload them into the application monthly. Installation and setup of QAD schema for a different geography - Noida coming up.
