Start: IMMEDIATE!! needs someone with experience in Oracle's Service Bus (OSB 2.0), formally known as / owned by BEA called Aqua Logic Service Bus (ALSB). This person would have to be able to DRIVE out designs and perform DEVELOPMENT too.
