*REQUIRED SKILLS:*
- Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience implementing FICA as
part of the overall CCS solution
- Must be able to work independently and guide junior resources in
resolving solution issues
- Deep knowledge in the overall dunning process, including the
disconnect/reconnect process, correspondence process, collection agencies,
and write off
- Must be able to develop detailed functional specifications for FICA
reporting needs
- Solid experience in developing complex solutions around Security
Deposits, Installment Plans, and Late Payment charges--Knowledge of all
events associated to the items listed before technical with functional
ability
