• SAP Admin (12 months) • SAP Migration Specialist (3 Months) • Network Engineer (12 Months) Local Candidates only on this role Job descriptions below: POSITION #1- POSITION TITLE: SAP SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR TALLAHASSEE, FL JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintaining the SAP enterprise architecture of our Client and provide technical support to the IT related operations and maintenance support to the SAP Basis team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide after hours support • Identify changes or additions needed to the current architecture to best support • current and future business application needs • Participate in the introduction and integration of multiple new technologies on all • system platforms • Perform system and client copies • Perform system patching • Apply OSS notes as needed • Performs other related duties as required Position Requirements/Technical Skills: MANDATORY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE • Four years experience in SAP basis administration • SAP experience in a UNIX (preferably HP-UX) and Windows environment. • Ability to solve problems, both technically and operationally. • Experience with SAP Netweaver • Advanced knowledge of SAP R/3, CRM, ERP, BW and E-Portals • Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) in general • Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Services Architecture in particular • Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, as well as work unsupervised when needed • Able to teach and share technical knowledge • Ability to map business processes to technology - particularly SAP technology • Knowledge of the SAP IT Practices / IT Scenarios and how to map those to the Department's business processes • Knowledge of the SAP products Solution Manager • Knowledge of the Computing Center Management Services (CCMS) • Knowledge of the System Landscape Directory (SLD) • Knowledge of the SAP Enterprise Portal architecture and administration PREFERRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE • Hands on experience with SAP system patching (executable upgrades) • Hands on experience with SAP system and client copies • Hands on experience with SAP transport management system (Revtrac experience preferred) POSITION #2- POSITION TITLE: SAP OS.DB MIGRATION SPECIALIST LOCATION: TALLAHASSEE, FL JOB DESCRIPTION: Our Client requests the services of a consultant to migrate the SAP landscape from a HP-UX/Oracle landscape to a Microsoft Windows / Microsoft SQL server environment. ROLE Assist with the migration of current HP-UX/Oracle SAP (CRM, BW, ECC, portal) landscape to Windows/SQL and provide pre and post migration guidance under the direction of a SAP certified migration specialist and a SAP project manager. Provide technical performance and tuning per SAP specifications to achieve optimal performance and said systems. MANDATORY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE Certified by SAP as a SAP OS/DB Migration specialist Experience in migrating from HP-UX/Oracle to Microsoft Windows/SQL environments. 3 years of SAP migration project management HIGHLY DESIRABLE/ SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE MSCE Certification SAP Certified Basis Administrator Good oral and written communication skills Advanced knowledge of ABAP Advanced knowledge of HP-UX Operating System Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Enterprise Server. Advanced knowledge of Oracle Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Enterprise Advanced knowledge of SAP batch processes Advanced knowledge of SAP enterprise Printing POSITION #3 POSITION TITLE: NETWORK ENGINEER LOCATION: TALLAHASSEE, FL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide after hours support • Manage and lead the effort to troubleshoot and resolve unplanned outages in a timely manner. • Work with vendors and other state agencies to resolve complex network problems. • Document problem and resolution for future use. • Identify changes or additions needed to the current architecture to best support current and future network infrastructure needs • Perform authorized system maintenance as needed. • Monitor network performance and analyze logs as required. • Maintain and update system documentation and diagrams as needed. • Perform other related duties as required Position Requirements/Technical Skills: MANDATORY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE • Ability to solve problems, both technically and operationally. • Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP • Knowledge of WLAN networking including enterprise class security • Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, as well as work unsupervised when needed • Able to teach and share technical knowledge • Prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction or supervision. PREFERRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE • Four years experience in managing networks (LANs/WANs/WLANs). • Hands on experience with network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, and other related devices) • Nortel experience is a plus. • Telephony experience is a plus but is not required.
