Job Title: Web Developer Location: SW Michigan Length: 6 month to hire Job Description: Fully develop, redesign, update and maintain our technical communication website to our service network. The site is our front line communication for: recalls, wiring diagrams, service pointers, job aids, and training materials. Must have demonstrated a comprehensive working knowledge with some or all of the following: PHP or ASP, JavaScript, MySQL or SQL, HTML, CSS, XHTML and Front Page. Multimedia/Video: This position will also be responsible to video tape service and installation training material for the service/ installation network. This position will be required to be familiar with all video editing programs and the full suite of Adobe programs. Mass email communications to the service network. This person will be responsible maintain a database that contains over 6,500 email addresses. They will be responsible to work in conjunction with corporate GIS to be compliant with all email protocol. The development and communication to our service and installation network is the key to customer satisfaction by having a competent and well communicated to service network. Our service network is responsible to service over 2 million service experiences a year. They are responsible to work cross functionally with GIS, Technical Communication Managers, Engineering, and the field service organization.
