Rate: $ 45-48/hr Top Priority Skill Sets: 1. DHTML (Dynamic HTML) & JavaScript>>>HTML will provide the "layout" for each form & JavaScript will provide the "behavior." 2. CSS (Cascade Style Sheets) 3. Prior experience developing/building/designing electronic forms & webpage layouts is ideal 4. JSP 5.XML; several of the electronic forms have XML strings; this will assist the resource when speaking with other developers. Requires 3-4 years of IT exp and a Bachelors Degree in IT OR 6-7 years of overall IT exp in lieu of Degree. Desired Skills: 1. Usability, User Interface Design, and/or Human Factors Engineering exp. 2. JAWS exp 3. Section 508 exp. These resources will assist in the conversion of Adobe PDF forms into HTML and CCS format. These forms will be used by users and a list of these forms will be stored on a legacy DB2 database; users can save data on this form per each respective claim and the dynamic menus will be written in DHTML, JavaScript, and JSP.
