HR Training & Development Manager.
Principal Accountabilities:
"X Responsible for the Competency Building Of The Group for All
levels/ functions in the Organization through Training Need Analysis.
"X Lead, Develop, & Implement Organization Competency
Development Program with Follow- up and Periodical Review &
Evaluation/ Continuous Improvements.
"X Responsible to create, develop, and implement Employee
Development Program, Skills Training, Field-Coaching, Performance
Management System, Succession System.
"X Lead and manage continuous improvements of effectiveness,
cost, quality, and delivery of Training & Development Programs.
Requirements:
"X University Degree, at least S-1 Degree In Psychology, Law,
Other Social Sciences + MM / MBA Degree majored in Human Resources
Development / Training from Overseas or Reputable National / Local
University.
"X Male/ Female aged 32- 37 years, max.
"X Hands-on individual, 8- 10 years experience dedicated in
Training & Development.
"X Prior Experience With Leading Multinational Companies
(Manufacturing/ Mining/ Oil & Gas/ Service ).
"X Ability to rapidly understand and learn, easy to adapt in
new environment, strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
"X Proven skills and successful track -record in Training &
Development Management. (Goals- Setting and Accomplishment of the
Training & Development)
"X Hands-on individual, well-developed interpersonal
communication and influencing skills. A dynamic and energetic
presenter.
"X Experienced to conduct Training Need Analysis, Assessment
Method, Design Training Modules, Training Delivery and Training
Evaluation. Experienced to conduct Competency Based Training.
"X Strong drive for continuous learning, self-starter and self-
motivated, excellent team player and enjoys traveling. Independent,
mature, dynamic presenter, committed to excellence, having tenacity
and strong will to develop and implement high pressure and multiple
tasks & programs.
