Ini ada penjelasan dari Mandrake tentang update glibc 2.2.2-5 yang merupakan
release bugfix dari glibc 2.2.2-4 (bawaannya Mandrake 8.0).
Problem Description:
The version of glibc released with Linux-Mandrake 8.0 has a problem where
the Oracle Universal Installer would not start. This updated glibc package
fixes the problem.
Silahkan coba kembali install Oracle 8.1.7.
