Callcenter MIS/IT STAFF
A.)Responsibilities
- Manage the outbound dialer operations of the callcenter
- Monitoring/reporting dialer performance
- Monitoring/reporting agent load balancing
- Real time reporting metrics
- Adjusting campaigns for optimal performance
- Creating reports extracted from dialer
- Developing dialer strategies
- Coordination with administrative, operations and IT
- Daily building of custom queue
- Updating Do Not Call List
- Managing inbound/outbound production
- Ability to work with minimum direct supervision/guidance
- Interpersonal sensitivity and responsiveness to agents, staff and
clients/customer
- Operates and maintains requirements needed by data network (LAN/WAN)
- Ensures integrity and reliability of LAN/WAN systems by ensuring the
implementation of network operations controls, resolutions and
reporting procedures
- Installs and configures data communication equipment and adapts said
configuration to the requirements of the customer
- Coordinates with telephone/voip carriers and third parties for the
installation, configuration and troubleshooting of telecom related
concerns
B.) Requirements
- Knowledgeable in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of
PCs, servers, hardware, software, data and telecom equipments.
- Knowledgeable/Background with TCP/IP and related protocols such as
DHCP, DNS, SMTP, RDP; and networking products such as Ethernet hubs and
switches, routers and firewalls, telephony and VoIP equipments
- Broad knowledge of networking and computing technology and future trends.
- Knowledge in SQL 2000 and ASP,and php/mysql
- Experience with Win2000/Win2003 Server is an advantage
- Experience with Linux, FreeBSD/OpenBSD Servers is a plus
