Unless it is really necessary to carry out the job.

I'm not saying you don't choose who you hire. Of course you choose.
But give everyone a fair chance of being hired.
I'm only expressing what _I_ think is right. It has nothing to do with
my being 'overaged'. hehe

Nalibog ko kadjut aha ang reply dah.. nawala man gud ang list track. anyway,
OT jud diay, what's the issue ba anang age requirement? Di man ta kabuot kay
para sa uban employer, age really does matter. Though ironic lang kaayo kay
20~30 tapos gadawat diay sila maski without experience pero kana na age
bracket, klaro na gitira nila ang mga fresh graduates.

I might refer this email to a friend na i think, naa sa linya anang mga
requirements.
