by default wala explicit nga limit, pero naa limit ang number of file descriptors, since tcp connections are opened through a socket() call, then in a way naa gyud limit ang tcp connections. pwede pud ma explicit ang pag limit sa connections thought iptables or other firewall apps. see iptables i hope this helps...
