it is always possible but with the ff problems,
1. slow. gprs has a low bandwidth
2. losses. very high RTT (real time technology) or
(round trip time)
but we can improve this if there is proper data
compression and encoding.
HTTP might work well if we use CDMA or EDGE instead of
GPRS.
Or if FCC will adjust the bandwidth alloted for GPRS
