hehe nice script camz (nalingaw ko pag-ayo) and i guess right si r.lakas on
this matter, better review the contract kay gakabuslot lang ang bulsa sa imong
mama if you would continue the contract with this company.
recommendations nako, based sa imong script.....if ok lang sa imo:
1. as r.lakas was suggesting....review the contract. In reviewing the
contract, try to look sa amount - kung nakastipulate ba ang mga charges sa
inyong agreed dsl connections with the company--->
>kung nakastipulate ang extra charges didto sa contract tapos napirmahan sa
imong mama - we will look for other ways.:D
>if wala, u can complain directly sa manager and much better sa owner. :)
***kung walay action....go to number 2.....
2. still based sa imong script...u can file a lawsuit against the company
with the following aahhmm hehe law?:
>violation of RA 7394 art.2(b)
>violation of RA 7394 art.4(j) - both consumer law protecting the public
consumers
>tiny bits of AN2031- we can surely find loopholes in the contract
>and violation of RA 7581 sect.5(2)- "profiteering"
well of course, lawsuits takes a lot of time and money but the rewards can be
quadrupled..hehe dli ko lawyer ha (i'm just a t.lurker on this list), i'm just
well experienced on this field...i guess :(
if you decide on this, better keep those advertisement fliers for evidences
as well as the signed contract of your mama (or you can "blackmail" the company
"to avoid unfavorable publicity" ..."off the record"). ***Bonus points also in
your case...you can also add this with the International E-law grounding on
social justice issues "issues with regards to service providers" and of course
on computer ethics cases.
3. if you hate all the lawsuit hassles, you can write a second complain
letter to the manager and state your case...and ask them an "advance contract
termination". this will involve charges but this is much smaller compared to
the 2,400 monthly up to the end of your contract term.
hehe hopefully makakuha ka ug ideas based on our suggestions and its good to
help someone....
