Edit /etc/apt/sources.list and change "edgy" to "feisty" :

sudo sed -e 's/\edgy/ feisty/g' -i /etc/apt/sources.list

or open sources.list using vi then in vi do ":%s/edgy/feisty/g" (no quotes).

Then do:
# sudo apt-get update
# sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Check if process is successful:
#sudo apt-get -f install
#sudo dpkg --configure -a

Reboot.

Check version after reboot:
#sudo lsb_release -a
or
#cat /etc/issue
