How old are the ethernet cards? I seem to have encountered this type of problem and I changed NICs and it worked again.

Good day to all! I have a question regarding ethernet. First of all I'm using Cent0S 4 Scenario: -in my network it just happen we are using 2 networks that is 192.168.0and 192.168.1 -in my box I got 2 NIC in different eth0 IP 192.168.1.2 eth1 IP 192.168.0.2 and they are connected to 1 main switch. Problem: This setup was working for years but suddenly it just happen now both ethX cannot run simultaneously. Question: 1. how I can setup in one ethX with 2 IP IP 192.168.1.2 and IP 192.168.0.2that client PC can ping on both IP 2. if Question 1 is not possible how can I set it up again with 2 ethX in diff IP? BTW- I tried changing my NIC and as well removing in the switch but no luck. Weird thing: Sometimes both eth0 and eth1 is working but I cannot ping both on them. Home someone can help me.
