the percentage figure is a ballpark figure (rough estimate). Evaluating
online infrastructure assessment tools is a daunting task simply because of
the variety of tools, the orientation and focus of each tool, and the
different way that these tools are implemented.

Pardon the jargon. In other words, estimate ra to and walay nag-research
(figure might not be admissible as fact). But I'll look for documents for
you. :)
