Pirteng ka-apil bai! =) Bitaw, aside from getting a survey on RoR developers in the south, I might have a project here na mag-base sa RoR and with that, I will need people who can help me with my project. You might ask, why RoR only? Well, there might be projects that needs to be delivered in a very short period of time and using RoR for this kind of projects is the way to go.
