Wasn't photoshopped. It's Nina alright. However I noticed pressure on her left shoulder. As if she's trying to get rid of the hand holding her shoulder. And her expression look's as if napilitang ngumiti. Look closely at the corner of her lips. Perhaps she's thinking "Take your hands off me!"
A lot of celebrities are like that. You can have a picture with them, however, wait until they're the ones who initiate the hug, embrace, or have their arm on your shoulder. They don't like you to initiate the action. Mostly, katabi mo lang sila. Walang body contact. They don't like it.
