Well in a micro setting, let's say inside our house, I already identified
areas where signal would reach three bars but then there are some that would
rarely reach one. I think this would apply to a macro perspective..just like
some part of CDO do have low SmartBro signal.  Accordingly, better signal
begets better transmission.
