byethost is the same as ifastnet.com... sadly, I have bad experience with them... 3 of my sites were scrapped (or damaged) during maintenance and was not restored by them.
I know since it's a free service, and its my responsibility to keep backups offline (which I have). But supposedly, they have to take great care in doing maintenance or they will break client sites (free or paid). I'm now on runhosting without any problems so far for a year.
