If you really want proper cost accounting, you will need to take note
of utility charges (transpo, food, water, electricity, etc..).
Maintenance would depend sa imoha pila. How much will you charge for
an hour? then how many hours will it take to develop everything ?
Separate the cost of developing the site, and the cost of deploying
the server.
