Good day KLUG Members. I don't know if I could ask here regarding my problem pero I really don't know where should I ask.
I would like to ask why is it that only one application can use a webcam? Kung pwede, ang explanation unta kay sa "driver development level." Ngano malock ang video source once naa na naggamit sa webcam? I'm trying to investigate why this is happening.
