The free Oracle version has been out for quite a while. If I'm not mistaken,
theyve released it immediately after Sybase release their free version also.
Both have 4GB limitation. Last time I checked was 2006 so it might not be
the case anymore?

They use different ports so they don't necessarily "conflict".
