OT.. :D sometimes smartbro is problematic(since CEBU's smartbro is probably using Meridian infrastructure and there are probably more subscribers that the network can handle) but smartbro is alot better than my experience with Globe Tattoo.
Baduy pa gyud kaayo ug ad, ga pa choi-choi na way ayo(sorry, globe tattoo fans). Grabe ka intermittent.... As for brent's comment, I can still remember my experience last year when talking to globe support.. apparently they use an outsource to handle support somewhere in manila, and the agents were asking me to give detailed directions where cebu-ayala was(when in truth, there is only one ayala center in cebu city and that globe cebu was in the vicinity of cebu-ayala). Toink! As for their "tech" support, they only give newbie questions/instructions like "is the 2nd LED blinking?", "Wait for the light to become green". Nothing helpful really since they were only trained for simple problems. :D --- On Wed, 11/11/09, hard wyrd <[email protected]> wrote: > From: hard wyrd <[email protected]> > Subject: Re: [klug] need help sa webserver > To: "Kagay-Anon Linux Users' Group (KLUG) Mailing List" > <[email protected]> > Date: Wednesday, November 11, 2009, 9:05 PM > Yep.
