What's your prefork config?
Check your MinSpareServers, MaxSpareServers, ServerLimit, and MaxClients.
How many child processes get spawned? How much traffic does the box handle? You
may need to make adjustments to your <IfModule prefork.c> section  .

Hi Team,

Have you encountered an issue where the HTTPD reaches 100% of CPU/Memory
usage... But when I do a restart (or a stop and start), it went down
temporarily then after 3 to 4 secs it goes back to 100%. Maybe you can share
something if you have an idea please...

Thanks.
