Pasalnya, akibat media polemik poligami sudah menjurus ranah konflik. Hidayatullah.com--Ketua Umum Pengurus Besar Nahdlatul Ulama (PBNU) KH Hasyim Muzadi menyerukan agar polemik mengenai poligami menyusul perkawinan kedua dai terkenal ustad Abdullah Gymnastiar (Aa' Gym) dihentikan karena sudah cenderung mengarah pada upaya mempersoalkan ajaran agama Islam. "Saya minta polemik tentang poligami dihentikan, karena ada kecenderungan mengarah untuk mempersoalkan agama Islam sebagai ajaran, bukan lagi kasuistis. Kalau ini (polemik) diteruskan, bisa menjadi konflik," kata KH Hasyim Muzadi, di Jakarta, Selasa (12/12). KH Hasyim juga mengingatkan bahwa keputusan Munas Alim Ulama NU telah menyatakan bahwa infotainment yang mengaduk-aduk privasi keluarga dan merusak kehormatan keluarga merupakan larangan keras agama. Pada kesempatan itu Hasyim juga menyoroti televisi yang dinilai berlebihan dalam menayangkan gambar kasus video porno anggota DPR Yahya Zaini dengan penyanyi dangdut Maria Eva. "Penayangan gambar tanpa pakaian terus-menerus merupakan kejahatan publisistik dan kekejaman keji terhadap keluarga yang bersangkutan serta mendidik sangat buruk pada anak-anak yang menontonnya di seluruh Indonesia," katanya. Menurut Hasyim, tindakan Yahya merupakan kesalahan terbatas, sedangkan penayangan berlebihan itu merupakan kejahatan sosial yang meluas. Lebih lanjut KH Hasyim mengatakan, karena infotainment semacam itu tidak bisa dihentikan dengan imbauan dan hukum --karena secara industri sangat mendatangkan uang--, maka saatnya masyarakat, utamanya kaum Muslimin, bereaksi. Caranya, kata Hasyim, tentu tidak dengan tindakan anarkhis, melainkan dengan tidak menonton infotainment, mematikan televisi, atau memindahkan ke saluran lain yang lebih sopan. "Kita harus memulai dengan gerakan moral budaya melalui kesadaran masyarakat," katanya. Peringatan para ulama ini bukan kali pertama, sebelumnya, akhir Juli lalu, dalam Musyawarah Nasional Alim Ulama dan Konferensi Besar NU di Surabaya, PBNU mengeluarkan fatwa haram menonton tayangan infotaintmen karena dianggap banyak mempergunjingkan keburukan orang atau ghibah. Pasca pernikahan kedua Aa Gym, televisi kembali mengulas masalah poligami dengan sangat tidak seimbang dan proporsional.
