Kedua : Mengecam penyerangan Israel terhadap kapal Mavi Marmara dalam misi kemanusiaan (freedom flotilla) yang terjadi di perairan internasional yang telah menimbulkan korban luka dan kematian pada 31 Mei 2010, penyerangan di laut bebas ini merupakan pelanggaran terhadap Pasal 87, 88, 89 dan 90 UNCLOS (United Nations Conventions on the Law of The Sea). Ketiga : Menuntut Dewan Keamanan PBB (DK PBB) untuk meminta pertanggungjawaban Israel dalam kasus tersebut dan melakukan penyelidikan dan pengadilan terhadap semua pihak yang terkait berdasarkan hukum internasional. Second :We denounce the Israeli attacks against the ships of the humanitarian mission Mavi Marmara (freedom flotilla) that occurred in international waters that have caused injuries and death on May 31, 2010. The attacks on the high seas is a violation of Article 87, 88, 89 and 90 UNCLOS (United Nations Conventions on the Law of the Sea). Third : We urge that the U.N. Security Council (UNSC) to inquire the accountability of Israel in this case and conduct investigation and prosecution of all relevant parties that were involved based on international law. Fourth : We request to all the countries in the world to impose Israel to fulfill the UN resolution (Resolution S-9 / 1 about the Gaza War) for the establishment of peace in the Middle East and the World. Accordingly, This statement of stance we have stated, in the hope that all people/parties would concern with this incident.
