1 File Transfer - Senior person with experience including ETL / Datastage , Control-M. This person must be able to troubleshoot issues with jobs. Our client is looking for people who can adapt to their environment. If the candidate like a structured environment, this client is not the place for them. Those that are looking for someone to hand them a test plan to execute will not make it here. The client need individuals that can write test cases from minimal requirements. The candidates need to have excellent communication skills, as they will be interfacing with developers, business analysts, and the business units. The candidates cannot be afraid to get up from their desk and get the information they need to complete the task assigned to them. The client have short timeframes for testing. If the candidates are used to 6 month test windows, they will struggle here. They need to be flexible. Often they will be asked to take on more at a moment's notice, while still being expected to complete all that is currently on their plate. Please note all interviews will be face to face on 23rd september 2008.
