This position requires the QA Lead to play a duel role of not only leading a small team, but being and active member where the role will be split with leading and helping the QA team meets its objective by being an active member of the team. This role could take on many challenges from testing all aspects of the new product. *DUTIES:* - Lead a small team of dedicated Software test engineers - The QA Lead will also help and Review requirements and create solid test cases - Consults with the engineering staff to evaluate interface between applications, high level review of requirements specifications - Develops and directs software system testing and validations procedures - Prepares reports and correspondence concerning project specifications, activities and status *REQUIREMENTS:* · The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans** · The QA Lead/QA Engineer will be performing tests to verify functionality, data integrity, security, and overall usability.** · The QA Lead/QA Engineer will work closely with Development, Program Management, and other teams to deliver the highest quality products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Testing techniques employed may range from manual black box UI testing to data driven gray box and eventually automated testing** · Bachelor's in Computer-related field or equivalent experience with 5-10 +- years experience in a fast pace environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience** · Very strong in SQL and SQL Tools for Queries (lead the QA team in ramping up to the tools that the lead will determine will be best suited to carry out our validation testing** · A master with Quality Center and exceptional knowledge of the QA process ** · The ability to work in ambiguous and rapidly changing situations and still drive for results is strongly desired in this position** · Ability to work independently and at the same time be a very strong role player on the team** · Automation experience desired (executing or writing) - Ability to think and work logically to create test plans for software programs. - Ability to consistently carry out test plans fully - Must be able to share knowledge and be understood verbally and in writing in English. - Attention to detail, accuracy, precision in all work. - Enthusiastic, hard working, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently. - Familiarity with GUI standards a plus Thanks and regards, Reply for this email , i will get back to you ASAP --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "KNOW.IT" group.
