Duration: 6 + months Expert Skills Required: --Must have experience with designing, building and deploying enterprise software built in Java. --Excellent Java, J2EE --Experience with J2EE based large scale enterprise software --Significant hands-on experience developing scalable, high- performance J2EE Solutions --Development & Implementation using Java Platform & J2EE standards, including open system tools. --Significant hand on experience with the Agile methodology. OO Design, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Code Reviews. --Experience with software design patterns, especially the MVC pattern. --Strong application design skills and the ability to represent those designs in UML. --Significant experienced with Spring, Hibernate, J2EE, Cruise Control, CVS, Subversion, HTML, JavaScript --Extensive experience with mid-tier server side technologies.
