3 month with prob extension West Chester, PA In person interview at prime vendor and client Would strongly prefer local candidate *Description* Need a UDB/DBA to perform tasks including build databases, configure and tune, set up backup and recoveries, tune SQL (applications tuning), on-call support as needed, debug production issues. Must be a good communicator as well as possess solid documentation skills, The person must be able to work independently, be self-motivated. *Comments* Pluses include having experience in a couple of areas; PRMs - Problem tickets, working with IBM to resolve. HACMP - IBM high availability for servers (fail-over).
