Must Have: 

*       At least 5 years of direct experience in managing and monitoring
Windows Server environments. 
*       Design, setup, and configuration of Windows 2003 server 
*       Fortune 500 experience 
*       Experience with direct responsibility of over 100 servers 
*       Implementing and supporting Microsoft SQL 2005 Clusters 
*       Demonstrated abilities in complex troubleshooting, high availability
systems 
*       HP Proliant servers 
*       Microsoft Clustering 
*       Veritas Volume Manager 
*       VMWare product deployment and support 
*       Experience at Financial Trading company a big plus 

Must have EXCELLENT Communication skills  .
