Client: CareFirst Type of Engagement: Contract Only Contract Term: 6-12 Months Location: Owings Mills, MD main location, but some travel to DC location will be required. Local Candidate: Non-Local OK Citizenship: Green Card Minimum Internal Comments/Notes: Ideal candidate will be American with at least 3 yrs healthcare and Pega PRPC experience. Will take solid PRPC on at least 2 projects with minimum of 2 yrs PRPC. Hiring Manager will disqualify anyone who has communication issues - no matter what the skill/exp. level. Description: The resource will be required to work onsite 5 days a week, in the Owings Mills location. Will be working with the Pega Competency Center staff along with other teams within the organization. Must be able to develop using Pega PRPC version 5.x This will require an understanding of object oriented principles, web application architecture and enterprise application deployment/integration. PRPC Systems Developer is required with good experience implementing Pega Rules Process Commander as part of a service-oriented architecture for managing dynamic business process. Candidates must be proficient with the complete Pega implementation cycle, including business process modeling, tool installation, development, testing, and deployment. Contractor must have knowledge of application and infrastructure systems, middleware, open gateways, and multiple database technologies. This individual will have to coordinate and construct the design, management, and development of multiple projects and select the most efficient and reliable technologies to meet the demands of the business group. Must have Requirements: 3+ years domain knowledge in any of the following: Healthcare, Finance, or Insurance. Strong Oral and written communication skills Accountable for the architecture and detailed design of the solution to be implemented as part of the business requirements/needs. Solution will need to be in alignment with enterprise solution architecture and components within the Client's corporate infrastructure in addition to the standards for PEGA implementations. Must have knowledge with Web architectures including application servers, security, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) along with infrastructure platforms that make up an ESB.A solid background with integration, including integrating PRPC using TIBCO and services a plus.
