Implementer/Administrator Pittsburgh, PA 8 months The Enterprise Systems Management Software Inventory Specialist is responsible for the overall effective installation, configuration and quality control of the HP Enterprise Discovery (HPED) tool, its data, and support of internal processes to ensure asset and license compliance.
Requirements: . Has at a minimum, an accredited college degree, preferably in the field of Computer Programming or Computer Systems Management. . Must be familiar with the following products used by the ESM team: . Windows/Intel operating systems proficiency is required . Unix operating systems, including AIX, HPUX, Solaris and Linux . AS400 OS is desired . Must be proficient in programming languages, PERL, C++, JAVA. . Must possess software installation knowledge on Intel based machines. . Must possess software Installation knowledge on Unix/Linux and AS400. . Must support and have experience in Disaster Recovery procedures and testing schedules. . Must be familiar with the basic structure of databases and has demonstrated the ability to function in an Oracle based environment. . Must possess expert SQL query skills and a high level of report creating kills from relational databases using common tools, i.e. Crystal Reports, Brio-Query, Cognos Power Play, and others.
