Ability to make design trade off decisions. • Strong fundamentals on development methodologies and processes with a specific focus on using tools to ensure deliverable quality. • Ability to interface with test and project management. Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. • Build knowledge base and gather best practices on technology, products, business processes, and the industry • Prepare documentation as required Minimum Requirements: • Minimum 7+ years large-scale system development experience on Microsoft Technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • 3+ years of implementation of object-oriented design patterns and patterns of enterprise application architecture. • 3+ years expertise on Microsoft .net Tools and languages (VB.Net, C#) • 2+ years implementation experience with WCF • 2+ years experience with the Enterprise Library 2.0 or later versions • 5+ years experience developing ASP.NET applications • 2+ years expertise in developing applications using services • 4+ years understanding and experience with the Oracle database platform (version 9 and above) • 4+ years experience with the Oracle data provider (ODP.NET) • 2+ years experience with performance testing web applications, including code and memory profiling. • 2+ years experience supporting applications in production. • Experience leading team of 5 or more junior architects are senior developers • Ability to understand Business requirements and guiding open systems database design. • Experience with Mainframe Integration is a plus.
