TASK
& DUTIES
- Coordinate the analysis
and design of the integration and reengineering of the DSP system.
- Coordinate the testing of
the redesign of the DSP system.
- Coordinate the
implementation of the redesign of the DSP system.
- Coordinate creation of
process flow diagrams and logical database models.
MANDATORY

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR
FURTHER EVALUATION.
· Four (4) years
experience with systems analysis and development in a client/server or
web based environment.
· Four (4) years
experience with MAPPER (Maintaining Preparing, & Processing
Executive Reports) 4GL software.
· Four (4) years
experience with Web-based systems using Microsoft Access, and Windows
NT environment.
· Four (4) years
experience defining and documenting user requirements for enhancements
to the web-based NYCWAY system, and functionality for the NYCWAY system
using Crystal Report Writer, Web Technology (XML, HTML) or Cool
Ice/Cold Fusion skills. |
DESIRABLE
Requirements Listed in

· Experience
implementing major systems in a networked PC environment, including
training, procedures, and implantation planning
· Experience
working with a government human service agency
· Demonstrate
experience in design and analysis for a windows-based or web
environment.
· Demonstrate
