Design, development and deployment of the ETL and data quality processes . Develop and deploy ETL workflows and mappings with reliable error/exception handling and rollback framework . Monitor the Production Status, and ensure the ETL process works as expected . Research and resolve production issues . Perform the unit testing, system integration testing and assist the business analysts with user acceptance testing . Develop ETL design documentation, test results documentation and other SDLC artifacts. . Develop and incorporate ETL best practices and standards Required Skills: . 5-8 years of experience in application development of data warehouse solutions. . 5+ years of experience in development of workflows, mappings and sessions in INFORMATICA version 8.x. . Must have strong SQL, PL /SQL knowledge. . Strong UNIX shell scripting experience is a plus. . Excellent knowledge of data warehouse concepts, such as star schemas, snowflakes, conformed dimensions, slowly changing dimensions. . Experience with large data warehouses and fine-tuning ETL design in Oracle environments . Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments in a timely manner . Excellent organizational, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills .
