Job Description: 

Business Analyst with Certified in ITIL (Information Technology
Infrastructure Library) Fundamentals 

MANDATORY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

*         Basic knowledge of business process analysis

*         Certification in ITIL Fundamentals

*         General knowledge of ITIL concepts

*         Contractors will be required to complete this work on site in
Tallahassee, FL

*         Contractors will be required to complete all mandatory employee
training

PREFERRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

*         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*         Ability to communicate effectively with technical, end-user and
executive-level staff

*         Demonstrated experience with the development of business process
maps

*         Team leadership and project management skills

*         Comprehensive understanding of IT processes in general.
